About the Role

We are looking for a passionate F&B Manager to lead a team in a large and diverse operation. The position will ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurants and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.

 

Key accountabilities

 

  • ​​Planning, leading, and guiding all aspects of the restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces in conjunction with the Chef.
  • Liaising with Hotel Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Director of Brand Marketing and Communications in designing and developing the restaurant and bar’s marketing and promotion strategies
  • Ensuring the budget is in line with brand expectations
  • Ensuring customer feedback is communicated throughout the Food and Beverage and Culinary Departments to create an environment where the customer is at the centre.
  • Ensuring restaurant expectations are well disseminated to the team.

 

General Requirements

 

  • With minimum Banquet experience of at least 5 years
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry
  • Strong experience in food and beverage operations
  • Ability to design creative and innovative promotions
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with the team
