About the Role

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Cantonese gourmet restaurant, LiLi.

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the manager in the comprehensive management of the restaurant
  • Supervise the setup of the service, the smooth running of activities during the service, and afterwards
  • Offer optimal quality service and performance to the clientele
  • Implement all resources (human and material) to achieve the results set by the budget
  • Be attentive to the needs of the clientele and able to anticipate their needs and provide appropriate solutions to any issues encountered

  • You are proficient in English
  • You have experience in team management
