About the Role

Manager, International Partner Management

Job Purposes

Manage and implement policy and direction development for the operations of leasing in terms of researching and managing suitable tenants for a defined targeted market, to support sales operations effectively, aligning with business plans and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Direct leasing strategies to research and determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
  • Monitor presenting and advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials, to attract short-term and long-term suitable tenants
  • Monitor providing information on all aspects of properties including expansion, zoning, and crime, to provide support and navigation of property market to tenants
  • Participate in negotiation of leasing terms and conditions and close deals to support leasing operations effectively
  • Monitor and examine rental application data and personal references to ensure effective completion of leasing
  • Liaise with tenants and related functions to support leasing operations  
  • Monitor making reports to summarize overall leasing to propose and improve team performance
  • Keep up to date with property market status to apply in leasing operations and improve performance within the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have problem solving skill
  • Have communication and negotiation skills
  • Be able to coordinate and multi-task
