Description</strong><br><br>Our client in the jewelry wholesale industry is looking for a Jewelry Retailer Account Manager to add to<br>their team in New York, NY. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for expanding<br>various aspects of eCommerce operations, managing a set of designated jewelry retailer accounts, and<br>responding to inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer experience. To be<br>considered, you must have at least two years of jewelry retailer account management experience,<br>working directly with jewelry retail stores to manage product listings and proposals for new sales<br>opportunities. Responsibilities</strong><br><br>• Manage product listings and updates across assigned retailer portals<br>• Create product proposals and spec sheets for new opportunities<br>• Monitor and analyze account performance and growth trends<br>• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities<br>• Ensure order fulfillment accuracy and troubleshoot issues<br>• Handle customer and retailer inquiries and product questions<br>• Reconcile data discrepancies and maintain product files<br>• Support eCommerce strategy and execution across platforms<br>• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to load new items<br>• Research competitors and customer feedback to improve offerings<br><br><strong>Jewelry Retailer Account Manager, Retail Stores (2+ yrs exp. req.) Qualifications</strong><br><br>• 2+ years of jewelry retailer account management experience required<br>• Experience working directly with major jewelry retailers (retail stores) required<br>• Proficient with MS Excel, and other technology platforms/software required<br>• Analytical skills to make sales and product recommendations required<br>• Highly organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail required</p>
