<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Lab Summary&nbsp;</strong></p> <p style="text-align: left;">Samsung Research America is seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to join our Digital Health team as a product management leader and be a core part of a passionate team charged with developing, incubating, and launching innovative product concepts that will transform the future of Samsung Health.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Digital Health is a multi-disciplinary agile team working on designing and developing innovative digital health products, services and solutions. The goal is to significantly empower consumers, patients, clinicians, and developers so they can leverage smartphones, wearables, medical devices, and IoTs in the health and wellness domain. Samsung’s unique advantage in the consumer electronics market and growing focus on Digital Health provides exciting technical challenges and rewarding career experience.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p style="text-align: left;">You will be responsible for driving next generation of social features with Samsung Health.&nbsp;This will involve planning and developing future products and features for managing shared health journeys. As a product leader, you will develop innovative product concepts, articulate the product vision and competitive positioning, define product requirements, and play a critical role in influencing both internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver products that create value for consumers, providers, researchers and other stakeholders, and advance Samsung’s vision for Digital Health.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Position Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>Create novel and innovative product strategy and product concepts that contribute to a robust product development pipeline</li> <li>Lead the design thinking process for your team—from problem definition to design implementation</li> <li>Drive product strategy (define product vision, strategy, roadmap, analytics, and success metrics; collaborate with internal business and strategy teams to strengthen product position)</li> <li>Drive product development working closely with technical program managers and development leads (market and user research, design, development, validation, and deployment)</li> <li>Own product requirement document (PRD), user guide, and product performance reporting; be the single point of contact for key stakeholders including executives, partners, business, strategy, engineering, design, QA, operations, and legal</li> <li>Lead product management including market opportunity and user need identification, product vision &amp; strategy formation, roadmap, product definition &amp; development, business case development, competitive positioning, goal/KPI setting &amp; monitoring</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Required Skills</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>MS degree in EE, CS or similar or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience</li> <li>12+ years of product management experience with a minimum of 5+ years in building social features or recommendation systems</li> <li>A user-centered and iterative approach to designing software for people</li> <li>Knowledge of AI/ML concepts related to building recommendation and personalization systems</li> <li>Experience in building products that drive sustained engagement</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Our total rewards programs are designed to motivate and engage exceptional talent.
