National Firm Looking for an Employment Partner to join our California Team!

Kahana Feld is a fast growing National Law Journal 500 firm whose purpose is to create a law firm with a supportive culture where legal professionals can have fulfilling careers. The opportunity for the Employment Partner is immense. While the employment practice is still relatively small with two partners and three associates, the firm is on panel with over 50 carriers, including numerous EPLI panels, and there is unlimited opportunity to deepen those relationships and grow the employment group. An Employment Partner joining our firm will be handed carrier relationships and have unlimited potential for advancement.

REQUIREMENTS

Partner level Employment Litigation experience, including the ability to run files and manage clients and carrier relationships.
Excellent references and a record of job stability.
Member of the California bar in good standing.

KF offers competitive base compensation from $250,000-$350,000.
