What you'll do</div><ul type="disc"><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align:baseline;">Accountable for securing business continuity by ensuring product availability while maintaining inventory efficiency</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align:baseline;">Optimize stock levels to prevent material losses, reduce logistics costs, and maintain a healthy cash flow.</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align:baseline;">Responsible for short/ medium term forecasting, improving forecast accuracy, and bias</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align:baseline;">Lead the replenishment of products within the category in all Fulfillment Points through replenishment order calculations</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align:baseline;">Provide regular visibility to key stakeholders on any risks in availability or opportunities for growth with cross-functional teams</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align:baseline;">Continuously improve and optimize the end-to-end supply cycle, analyze data/ processes to determine the root cause of issues within process and drive action plans and projects.</li></ul>What you'll need<ul type="disc"><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">1-3 years of experience in demand & supply planning in FMCG or retail business</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Strong analytical capabilities</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Intermediate – Advanced Excel skills</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Working knowledge on supply chain planning</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Team player</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Self-motivation and high level of accountability to function in dynamic environment</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>
