Guest Services Representative


We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns

- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Handle complaints professionally and seek prompt resolutions

- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and service quality


Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required

- High school diploma or equivalent
