Rapyd is looking for a POS Terminal representative for its Customer Service Division (CS).

Main projects and responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintenance service of POS Terminals
  • Service to merchants
  • Part of the job is on-call shifts outside opening hours



Requirements

  • Experience and keen interest in technical matters
  • Vocational training or a degree in electrical or technical subjects is a great advantage
  • The person must have basic knowledge of networks
  • Cooperation and adaptability, positivity, and customer service are essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shift work
  • Good Icelandic and English skills
  • Experience in the installation of shopping systems is an advantage
