About the Role
  1. Assist the Assistant Marketing Manager, TUMI Malaysia in various marketing initiatives and projects to support overall brand objectives.
  2. Oversee the marketing launch calendar and ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners (e.g., VM, digital & social, PR) for timely rollouts.
  3. Coordinate with freelance graphic designers to adapt global and regional creative assets for local use. Ensure all artwork and marketing collateral comply with brand guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team and VM team to consistently arrange appropriate visuals and materials for all POS
  5. Work closely with PR agency to optimize PR coverages and social exposures
  6. Support the execution of CRM programs, including member recruitment, engagement events, and mall partnerships. Responsibilities include idea generation, invitation management, RSVP coordination, and post-event analysis.
  7. Liaise with internal business units and external parties to ensure timely coordination and delivery of seasonal press samples, gifting, and product seeding initiatives.
  8. Assist in various ad-hoc projects, including administrative tasks and report preparation.
