Job Description:


As part of our focus on growth, process integration and service, we are now seeking an Inside Sales Representative reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales of the company to build and grow our present structure in the US. The primary responsibilities of this position would be to:

  • Make Outbound Calls to Obtain and Develop New Business Opportunities
  • Generate Business Leads
  • Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
  • Strong Telephone Skills and Written Communication A Must
  • One Year Proven Freight Experience Preferred
  • Ability to Multitask with Attention to Detail
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Able to work with a CRM & Sales platform 


Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with air, ocean, and land methods of transportation
  • Detailed and Organized
  • Proficient at MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) 
  • Very familiar with CRM Applications such as Datamyne/Zoom & Zoho
  • Availability to assist the Senior Director with clients  
  • Fast learner – able to grasp concepts outside area of expertise.
