Travel to clubs and face to face engagement will be required as appropriate</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals through our Salesforce system, updating Salesforce at every stage of communication for accurate reporting</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Introduce new sales to the Onboarding Manager</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Be accountable for delivering on business targets and KPIs</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Plan and attend quarterly events and tournaments to engage with clubs</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Maintain and source contact information for the regional club prospect database</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Understand the club’s lifecycle and ensure continued success through various milestones.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;"><br><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;"><strong>Continual Improvement</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Review and suggest improvements for automation and efficiency</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve results and deliver exceptional club experiences.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;"><br><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;"><strong>Brand Ambassador </strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Represent the brand in your region and grow the footprint of TeamFeePay with grassroots clubs.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;"><br><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;"><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">At least three years’ experience in a Sales or Business Development role</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Connections within grassroots football within your region</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Proficient in CRM software</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Proven experience of a similar role, achieving sales targets</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">High levels of resilience and patience</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Process-driven with a strategic mindset</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Able to work within a fast-paced, engaging environment</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities arising within the customer base</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Team player</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">Good time-management skills</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">IT and computer literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li style=" line-height:normal; vertical-align:baseline;">GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).</li></ul><div><br><br></div>
