Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.</p><p><br /><b>Main Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manages DTP tasks for assigned projects.</li><li>Troubleshoots and supports desktop publishers and project managers.</li><li>Responsible for project quality and delivery from the DTP perspective.</li><li>Drives DTP guidelines and DTP instructions.</li><li>Oversees quality of work outsourced to desktop publishing teams.</li></ul><p><br /><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and graphic tools.</li><li>Knowledge of PDF OCR tools.</li><li>Troubleshooting abilities.</li><li>Quality Process driven.</li><li>Proven Project Management abilities.</li><li>Problem solving skills.</li><li>Capability of coaching other team members.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Proven multi-tasking, time management, and attention to detail skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education / Experience</b></p><ul><li>High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.</li><li>Technical positions may require a certificate.</li><li>Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 to 4+ years).</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
