Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the books of 2 different entities ( part of them are foreign) within the group.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and also cut off items ( ie accrued expenses, prepaid, etc)
  • Manage bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly and on time manner recorded in books
  • Process and track AP invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Monthly managing and reporting all required reporting to authorities- VAT’ income tax, social security, etc’
  • Execute month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Conduct a monthly analytical comparison of the financial data.
  • Provide support during financial audits and tax filings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Working with external auditors Involvement in quarterly reviews and annual audits.

Requirements

  • Certified bookkeeper type 1+2 -must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software SAP B-1, Priority, and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work intensively and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English – speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and experience with tax preparation is a plus.
