Spa Technician

At Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club, we deliver member-only excellence across every touchpoint golf, equestrian, dining, and our boutique spa experience. Our spa pairs rejuvenating treatments with a calm, refined setting to restore body and mind. We are seeking all positions listed below. Dual licensed strongly preferred. 

Massage Therapist

• Perform Swedish, deep tissue, and targeted therapeutic services; customize based on intake and preferences.
• Educate members on at-home care; recommend enhancements/add-ons appropriately.
• Maintain immaculate room standards and support serene, guest-first ambiance.

Esthetician

• Deliver luxury facials, dermal therapies, and result-focused treatments consistent with premium lines (e.g., Natura Bissé / Pure Fiji / FarmHouse Fresh, as applicable).
• Perform skin analysis, home-care coaching, and precise treatment documentation.
• Uphold strict sanitation and product protocols.

Nail Technician

• Provide classic + spa manicures/pedicures with a focus on health, hygiene, and beautiful finishing.
• Offer upgrades (exfoliation, hydration masks, paraffin, etc.) and retail recommendations.
• Maintain station and back-of-house standards to five-star level.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Florida license in relevant discipline(s); professional liability insurance.
• Weekend/holiday availability
• Warm, professional presence and excellent communication with a member-centric mindset.
• Passion for learning and growing with a luxury private-club brand. 
• Dual licensed strongly preferred. 

Part Time 20 hours a week

$7.98 per hour with 37% commission , 18% service charge
