Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance during pediatric and orthodontic procedures.
- Oversee daily clinical flow — coordinate team assignments and ensure efficient scheduling.
- Train, mentor, and support clinical team members to maintain consistency and quality care.
- Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed at all times.
- Manage inventory and supply ordering to keep the clinic well-stocked and organized.
- Take and develop digital x-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos as needed.
- Help young patients and parents feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
- Communicate effectively with the front office and doctor to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Tennessee.
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (pediatric preferred).
- Leadership or team-lead experience in a dental office strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to patient care and teamwork.
