monday.com is looking for an experienced Engineering Leader with strong passion for people leadership and ownership of a high scale public cloud production environment. This is a pivotal role in our R&D Infrastructure organization based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv.

About The Role

• Take full ownership of our cloud production environment scale, support, evolution, and improvements to provide our customers with the best performance and great SLA. 
• Take full ownership of the building and development of our unique release orchestration platform across multiple regions and environments with built in Canary capabilities.
• Build our next generation of infrastructure for scale with guard rails, fail over readiness and lead to overall system blast radius reduction of incidents.
• Create infrastructure self-service for developers across numerous teams and services to empower our unique high ownership engineering culture.
• Proactively work on our cloud production environment resilience, failover, and disaster recovery strategies across multiple regions in the public cloud.
• Work in close collaboration with product development teams to get constant feedback and improvement cycles.
• People leadership, management and team building, including people development and thinking of future organization and technology vision.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of team leadership experience
• High production scale environment experience
• Cloud based production environment experience
• Great communication skills
• Understanding the big picture 
• High ownership skills 
• Software engineering background with passion for infrastructure
• Work in a high-paced CD environment
• Team player, egoless and empathetic
