You’ll be a trusted integration specialist, tackling support cases, implementing enhancements, and creating new Workday integration solutions — all within a fast-moving, collaborative, and customer-centric environment.<br><br>You’ll collaborate with talented consultants around the world while becoming a critical extension of our clients’ teams. You’ll own your work, contribute to high-impact projects, and help shape the future of Workday support in the region.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br><br><ul><li>Deliver high-quality Workday integration support for AMS clients through case resolution, troubleshooting, and ticket triage.</li><li>Configure, test, and deploy new or modified integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom solutions.</li><li>Own technical consulting activities including root cause analysis, documentation, enhancements, and upgrades.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business and technical needs.</li><li>Proactively contribute to AMS tooling, automation, process improvements, and best practices.</li><li>Mentor junior team members and collaborate across global delivery teams.</li><li>Stay current with Workday releases, features, and certification requirements.<br><br></li></ul>What We’re Looking For<br><br><strong>Essential Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong experience working tickets in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in XML, XSLT, XPath, and familiar with object-oriented programming (preferably Java or J2EE).</li><li>Solid understanding of cloud architecture, web services (SOAP/REST), and Workday’s data model.</li><li>Able to manage and prioritize multiple customer cases, with a strong focus on service excellence.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in distributed teams.<br><br></li></ul>Desirable<br><br><ul><li>Experience with AMS service models and SLA-driven environments.</li><li>Exposure to other middleware/integration platforms or ERP systems.</li><li>Workday HCM or Financials certification is a plus.</li><li>Workday Integrations Certified (Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs).</li><li>2+ years of Workday Integrations experience, ideally in an AMS/post-production environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Embracing our differences  <br><br></strong>At Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
