The Senior Project Architect will collaborate with the Project Manager to coordinate the full project team and ensure the quality of all contract documents. They will also provide technical guidance, supervise design delivery, and facilitate communication among all project stakeholders.

Kirksey is looking for a dynamic, motivated Senior Project Architect to join our Dallas office.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Manager to coordinate full project team (including consultants) and project deliverables (including specifications), ensuring the quality of all contract documents.
Project Team resource for technical guidance to resolve design issues while maintaining design intent.
Collaborate with Project Manager to directly supervise the teams’ design and technical delivery.
Present technical and design solutions to the entire project team including the client.
Facilitate open team communication with all levels of project team – Internal Team, Owners, Contractors, Consultants and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
Coordinate all Construction Administration processes.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Professional degree in Architecture or related field
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience
Experience working in Revit
