Position overview:

We are looking for a talented and proactive Lead Agents Architect to join our team at Sett. In this pivotal position, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that are at the core of our innovative product offerings. As a key player in our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI technologies are scalable, reliable, and meet the evolving needs of our users.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions for agentic AI applications to meet business needs and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on LLM technologies and practices.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of our agentic architectures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of industry experience, in either engineering / AI roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in LLM Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python (at least 3 years of experience).
• Experience in *technical* hands-on leadership roles.
• Experience with deploying complex LLM applications in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with MLops frameworks and the ML CI/CD lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
