This role will focus on selling equity management solutions (e.g. Cap Table Management, Valuation Services, Compensation Benchmarking, etc.)&nbsp; to mid-stage, privately-held companies.</p> <p><strong>The Problems You’ll Solve</strong></p> <p>We're looking for ambitious, driven, and humble people to join our sales team. Our ideal candidate will have high IQ and EQ along with strong communication skills.</p> <ul> <li>Communicate the business impact of Carta to key decision makers</li> <li>Understand customer needs and requirements and act as a trusted business advisor</li> <li>Drive revenue through strategic outbound prospecting</li> <li>Own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close</li> <li>Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets</li> <li>Willing to dive into the venture capital industry to understand how we provide value to stakeholders across the ecosystem</li> <li>Leverage AI to maximize your effectiveness in your role</li> </ul> <h4><strong>About You</strong></h4> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in a quota carrying SaaS sales role</li> <li>Experience outbound prospecting, navigating a greenfield territory, managing a pipeline, and closing large contracts</li> <li>Self-starter and adaptable to change</li> <li>Demonstrate strong collaboration with team members</li> <li>Experience in fintech, venture capital, legal tech, compliance tech a plus</li> <li>Sound understanding of leading sales methodologies &amp; practices</li> <li>SFDC proficiency&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Salary</strong></h2> <p>We are hiring for multiple levels and locations, so final offers may vary from the amounts listed based on geography, experience and expertise, and other factors.</p> <p>&nbsp;<br>Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans.
