Dental Associates of CT is a rapidly growing dental group with multiple state-of-the-art practices across Connecticut, including Waterbury, New Britain, Danbury, Branford, Vernon, and more. Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated General Dentist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing comprehensive care, has strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and values teamwork and professional development. You’ll have access to a robust support system that allows you to focus on what you do best—treating patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and preventive procedures
     
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans that align with patient needs and goals
     
  • Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care
     
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of ethics and care
     
  • Participate in continuing education and practice growth initiatives
     

Qualifications

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
     
  • Active Connecticut dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
     
  • Excellent communication and chairside manner
     
  • Team-oriented mindset with commitment to patient experience and long-term relationships

Compensation

  • Guaranteed daily rate or percentage of PRODUCTION  (whichever is higher)
