The Channel Manager will drive SysAid’s US channel growth by targeting, onboarding, and enabling partners throughout the country. You’ll own the partner pipeline, develop programs for mutual success, and be accountable for quota attainment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new US channel partners
- Train and enable partners for self-sufficiency in selling/supporting SysAid
- Jointly plan and forecast with partner sales teams
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute go-to-market programs and ensure alignment
- Conduct regular performance reviews and refine strategies for growth
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ SaaS channel, alliances, or sales experience (ITSM background preferred)
- Track record of managing a channel pipeline and meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Deep knowledge of the US tech channel ecosystem
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
