We’re looking for a Service Technician to join our team and support our innovative S-Series and V-Series product lines. What You’ll Do

As a key part of our customer experience team, you’ll:

  • Provide technical support for our S-Series and V-Series HVAC systems — helping customers over the phone and in the field
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to keep equipment running at its best
  • Log customer interactions and solutions in our CRM platform to ensure a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with our engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and reliability
  • Help develop and deliver training for contractors and customers
  • Support ongoing safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Travel up to 50% for field support, training, and hands-on problem solving
  • Represent Cambridge’s values of excellence, integrity, and innovation in everything you do

Requirements

  

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, technical support, or customer service
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills
  • A knack for problem-solving remotely and building trust with customers
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and a commitment to accurate recordkeeping
