Job Summary

This position serves as the first line of defense to ensure overall effectiveness of risk and compliance management programs and business operations controls. Ensures adherence to governance of the established risk framework and ongoing supervision of business operations control activities to minimize exposures and strengthen the overall business control environment.

Some of the Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight and/or directing staff to complete
    • Vendor Risk Management
    • Business Resilience
    • Audit Oversight
    • Data Governance
  • Interacts daily with FNWL team members with a focus on internal support only.
    • FNWL Vendor Risk Management (Deliverable)
    • Quarterly meeting execution and ownership
    • Management of FGI Enterprise Vendor Risk Management policies (EVRM)
  • Business Resilience (Deliverable)
    • Annual BR Scope Document in adherence to ZRP
    • Disaster Recovery leadership
  • Data Governance (Deliverable) – in the process of being created -
    • Maintain within adherence of the ZRP
  • Audit Oversight (Support) - Entry level PM
    • Provide project management for each audit
  • FNWL ICIF controls (Support)
    • Maintains relationships with compliance functions to ensure timelines and critical action plans are on track

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in control or governance or as a Junior Project Manager or Project Management Specialist
  • BS in Computer Science or similar
  • Previous experience in Finance / Insurance / Healthcare / or Regulated industries (PLUS)
  • Full English Fluency
  • Organization and Planning Skills
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Excellent Communication and follow up
  • Excel Knowledge (Intermediate Advance)
