Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated ERP System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of master data within our SAP system. This role is critical for ensuring that business operations run smoothly by providing accurate and timely master data management.
Responsibilities
Master Data Management:
- Create, update, and maintain master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Validate data entries to ensure consistency and accuracy across all modules.
- Perform routine audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Support and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet master data requirements.
- Provide technical support to end-users for data-related issues in SAP.
- Assist in resolving system errors related to master data.
Process Improvement:
- Support the implementation of new data governance practices and tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline master data processes and improve system efficiency.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze master data to support business during transition from legacy system to SAP.
- Working on data quality and changes with the business owners & stakeholders during conversion aligned to HQ Global policy and governance.
Documentation and Training:
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for data management processes and guidelines.
- Assist in training team members and stakeholders on master data procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of systems analysis and design experience in manufactory/retail companies a must
- SQL and advanced Excel capabilities a must
- Strong understanding of business processes & IT
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with SAP a plus
This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Secaucus, NJ office
PAY RATE: $80,000/yr-$95,000/yr
