【關於職位】

台灣理光為企業文件智能數位化專家,透過數位化與人工智能 AI 等解決方案,為台灣企業加速推動數位轉型。2019 年理光集團(RICOH) 藉由購併全球知名文件內容管理大廠 DocuWare,繼續深化全方位文件流程智能化服務。因應2024 電子簽章法三讀通過,台灣理光持續整合國際電子簽章知名品牌,強化原有合約數位化管理解決方案,以因應國內文件流程數位化與智能化的需求。

【工作內容 】

● 深入了解客戶所屬產業與營運模式,提供專業的顧問式服務並給予客戶完整的解決方案
● 建立並維持客戶關係,提升客戶滿意度
● 業務拓展及市場開發,擴大及提升銷售量與理光品牌能見度
● 專案進度管理,協調並整合各部門間的工作以達成業績目標
● 主動解決客戶使用過程中之問題,確保服務品質與後續滿意度

【教育條件】

  • 英文(聽:中等說:中等讀:中等寫:中等)
  • 專科、大學、碩士

【其他條件】

● 2- 5年業務/顧問銷售銷售經驗,擁有大型客戶之銷售/管理/維繫經驗加分。
● 進階Office軟體使用能力。
● 基本財務分析 / 專案管理能力。
● 系統整合商產業相關工作經驗加分。
● 有創意、樂於學習新事物、喜歡團隊分工分享,具高企圖心。
● 高抗壓力,可同步進行多個專案工作。
● 良好的邏輯性思考。
● 對於學習有熱情,認同RICOH文化、服務理念。
