The Shop Assistant/Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth daily shop operations and delivering excellent customer service. They will also handle customer inquiries, assist in selling products, and maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities
- Be familiar with the menu and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Ensure smooth daily shop operations and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist in selling products to create a positive shopping experience and achieve sales target
- Coordinate with vendors and operation team to meet guest requirements.
- Support guest relationship management and database upkeep.
- Stock taking and replenishment of chinaware, glassware and silverware whenever necessary.
- Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the superior(s).
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail or hospitality.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Candidates with 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role, may be considered for a Shop Supervisor/Assistant Shop Supervisor position.
