RACV Healesville Country Club provides members and their guests with the perfect Yarra Valley retreat. Our One Spa experience offers an exclusive, personalised treatment menu that focuses on the client’s journey with the finest product lines.

We’re growing our team and seeking for passionate Day Spa Therapists, someone who would love to advance their skills and work alongside dedicated team members that take pride in creating memorable treatment experiences for our guests.

A day in the life

Working alongside our experienced management team, our Therapists are responsible for ensuring a high level of service with all treatments performing a variety of treatments such as facial therapies, spa treatments and relaxation massage. You’ll assist our guest with queries and have and in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products.

Additionally, you’ll assist with reception duties by answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments and booking in members and guests for appointments.

We’re looking for…

A Diploma in Beauty Therapy with a specific focus in providing spa treatments
Day Spa experience specialising in facial/body treatments, massage, and general beauty services.
Exceptional approach to customer service
Ability to actively promote, sell and upgrade products & services
Immaculate and professional grooming and presentation maintained at all times.
Must have weekend availability
