Position Title: Cash Management Services Assistant

Job Summary:

- Ensures accurate posting of the collected deposits by conducting post verification of validated documents.
- Executes proper and efficient organization and filing for tracking and future reference by implementing categorization and standardized labeling of processed documents.
- Ensures timely pick-up and delivery of cash by proper coordination and efficient alignment on deliverables.
- Ensures proper turnover of cash/checks to the designated BOO-CIV/cash custodian by timely accomplishment of required cash transfer slips and/or related documents.
- Ensures accurate collection of cash and checks, and are posted to clients' accounts within the committed timeline per the Memorandum of Agreement to develop stronger and more reliable relationship with client.

Qualifications:

Preferably graduate of business or finance course
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
