<p>As a Territory Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring the successful promotion and sales of our radiopharmaceutical products. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the radiopharmaceutical industry.</p>
<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Sales and Business Development:
<ul>
<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Account Management:
<ul>
<li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Product Knowledge:
<ul>
<li>Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our radiopharmaceutical products.</li>
<li>Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Reporting and Analysis:
<ul>
<li>Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.</li>
<li>Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Compliance:
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.</li>
<li>Keep abreast of changes in industry regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years, 5 years is strongly preferred of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical industry.</li>
<li>Previous product launch experience required</li>
<li>Documented record of exceeding sales targets</li>
<li>Experience in either Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology preferred</li>
<li>Comprehension in developing and driving the sales process</li>
<li>Experience working with third-party companies preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency executing sales operating plans to meet company goals</li>
<li>Knowledge of US reimbursement landscape</li>
<li>Proven ability to effectively manage technical biologics manufacture and/or bioconjugation for antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) projects conducted by external vendors.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and coordinate parallel activities in a busy drug development program.</li>
<li>Good understanding of project management skills including contracting, budget tracking/control and timeline management.</li>
<li>Aptitude to learn, understand, and contribute to technical subjects or to source further expert advice as necessary.</li>
<li>Effective communication and reporting with excellent written/presentation skills</li>
<li>Forward-thinking, proactive and creative. Natural problem-solver & team player.</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 75% (domestic)</li>
