You will lead a small team of AI engineers to build and deploy LangGraph, Haystack, and FastAPI-based pipelines that extract, enrich, and reason over unstructured data.<br><br>This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and system design — ensuring every AI service meets enterprise-grade standards of performance, reliability, and governance.</p><p style="line-height:normal;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><strong> </strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li style="line-height:normal;">Architect & Lead: Design and oversee RAG pipelines using LangGraph, Haystack, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs for NeIO applications.</li><li style="line-height:normal;">Mentor & Guide: Manage a team of 3–5 AI engineers;
