What You'll Do:
- Report directly to XTEND’s General Manager in Israel, contributing to our company’s future growth.
- Lead XTEND’s business development efforts in the Defense market.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Operations, and Program Managers to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of Defense projects to drive strategic business wins.
- Identify, lead, and close high-value deals that contribute to XTEND’s expansion.
- Foster repeat business and nurture relationships with our existing customers.
- Partner with senior management to execute an ambitious growth strategy.
- Forge strong industry partnerships with key players, from prime contractors to subcontractors.
- Proactively source, respond to, and win government solicitations (RFIs, RFPs, BAAs, etc.).
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the defense industry.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas or equivalent performance metrics.
- Experience working in hardware and product companies.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed personal and team goals and objectives.
- Capable of working independently, planning workloads, and delivering on commitments.
- A self-motivated team player who can also inspire others.
- Experience in customer service and operational/logistical workflows, with budget (P&L) management at a business unit level.
- Strong commercial acumen, logical thinking, and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
- Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is an advantage.
