The Role

As an OTC Administrator, you will play a key role in managing contracts across multiple locations in Australia. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing contracts for multiple sites across Australia

  • Preparing and processing monthly invoicing, including attaching supporting documentation and ensuring accurate submission

  • Handling contract cancellations and variations

  • Resolving contract issues identified in reports

  • Providing support for the internal sales tool

  • Assisting Branch Managers and operational teams with customer reports and renewal documentation

  • Resolving Accounts Payable disputes using internal systems

  • Processing contract changes via our management software

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
