- הובלת תהליכי סנכרון וניהול משאבים בתחומים ובתוכניות.
- ניתוח צווארי בקבוק ונתיבים קריטיים מתוך הנתונים והצגתם להנהלה.
- ניתוח עומסים ויצירת תמונת מצב לטובת תכנון הפורטפוליו בחברה.
- בקרה תקציבית וניהול משאבים בפרויקטים ובחטיבות תפעוליות.
- ניהול ומעקב אחר תוכניות עבודה, לו"ז וגאנטים.
- עדכוני יעדים ובחינת מדדי KPI.
- ניהול תוכנית סיכונים והובלת תהליכי ניהול סיכונים.
- עבודה מול גורמי מטה, חטיבות, מנהלי פרויקטים וממשקים מגוונים בארגון.
- ניתוח נתונים, הפקת דוחות ומצגות להנהלה (Excel/BI/MS Project).
- לקיחת חלק פעיל בשיפור תהליכים ארגוניים ובניהול ידע.
דרישות התפקיד
- השכלה הנדסית בתחום הנדסת תעשייה וניהול- חובה
- 3–5 שנות ניסיון כ־ PMO – חובה
- ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי סנכרון ותכנון (לפחות 3 שנים)
- ניסיון בפרויקטי פיתוח/פרויקטים הנדסיים – יתרון
- ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי ניהול סיכונים – יתרון
- ניסיון במשרה דומה בארגונים גדולים – יתרון
- היכרות מעמיקה עם MS Project – חובה
- ניסיון בעבודה עם Priority – יתרון
- שליטה מלאה ב־ Excel וכלי Office – חובה
- ניסיון/שליטה בכלי BI – יתרון
