We achieve this by bringing together our best practices, delivery experience, award-winning enablement, and support expertise. <h3 data-start="1066" data-end="1081">The Role:</h3> As a Lead Consultant – Supply Chain Management, you lead our agile project teams to accelerate our customers’ digital transformation and drive Celonis’ international expansion. You identify our customers’ strategic priorities – particularly in end-to-end supply chain and operations processes – and lead your project team towards developing data-driven process insights and actions to ensure that customers receive maximum value. You always leverage the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such as Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning. <h3 data-start="1672" data-end="1697">The work you’ll do:</h3> Initiate <ul> <li data-start="1716" data-end="1843">Conduct business workshops to translate customers' supply chain and operational objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases</li> <li data-start="1846" data-end="1993">Coordinate with Data Operations teams from Celonis to connect our solution to the customer IT environment (e.g., ERP, SCM, and logistics systems)</li> </ul> Implement <ul> <li data-start="2013" data-end="2207">Lead the Celonis implementation project to ensure the optimal solution to tackle defined supply chain use cases (data modelling, data transformations, process analysis building, KPIs building)</li> <li data-start="2210" data-end="2400">Use our Celonis technology to identify inefficiencies in procurement, logistics, production, or inventory processes and uncover root causes, always in close collaboration with the customer</li> </ul> Adopt <ul> <li data-start="2416" data-end="2520">Lead value workshops to develop business cases and define measures to improve supply chain performance</li> <li data-start="2523" data-end="2662">Define the most relevant KPIs measuring customer success (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turnover, lead times, working capital impact)</li> <li data-start="2665" data-end="2770">Quantify the business and financial potential and present findings to supply chain and business leaders</li> <li data-start="2773" data-end="2875">Automate tasks to drive measurable value and improve supply chain resilience and process conformance</li> </ul> Monitor and enable <ul> <li data-start="2904" data-end="2955">Manage customer expectations and project planning</li> <li data-start="2958" data-end="3083">Demonstrate and train customer users, setting the foundation for long-term supply chain transformation and customer success</li> </ul> The qualifications you need: <ul> <li data-start="3122" data-end="3359">8+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution/Data Consulting, or Process Improvement Consulting within Software Vendors, Consulting firms, or System Integrators, ideally with exposure to supply chain or operations domains</li> <li data-start="3362" data-end="3458">Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (data models)</li> <li data-start="3461" data-end="3575">Strong knowledge of data-related languages (SQL required, other programming languages such as Python are a plus)</li> <li data-start="3578" data-end="3760">A strong appetite for value-driven approaches (KPI definition, business case calculations, value realization approaches) and data topics (Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining)</li> <li data-start="3763" data-end="3998">Understanding of supply chain processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, production planning, logistics, or inventory management) and related financial metrics; knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a strong plus</li> <li data-start="4001" data-end="4092">Willingness to develop deep expertise on the Celonis solution through continuous learning</li> <li data-start="4095" data-end="4215">Strong consulting skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers across supply chain, operations, and IT functions</li> <li data-start="4218" data-end="4300">Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner</li> <li data-start="4303" data-end="4371">Fluency in German and English</li> <li data-start="4374" data-end="4590">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable program</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">What Celonis Can Offer You: <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Pioneer Innovation: Work with the leading, award-winning process mining technology, shaping the future of business.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Accelerate Your Growth: Benefit from clear career paths, internal mobility, a dedicated learning program, and mentorship opportunities.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Receive Exceptional Benefits: Including generous PTO, hybrid working options, company equity (RSUs), comprehensive benefits, extensive parental leave, dedicated volunteer days, and <a class="c-link" href="https://careers.celonis.com/life-at-celonis/benefits" target="_blank" data-stringify-link="https://careers.celonis.com/life-at-celonis/benefits" data-sk="tooltip_parent">much more</a>.
