About the Role

Deloitte is on the hunt for a proficient Oracle & NetSuite Tech Lead ready to take on challenging projects.

This role is a golden opportunity for professionals who are passionate about leading technology transformations.

What you Will do:

Lead and mentor a development team working on Oracle/NetSuite solutions.
Oversee system integrations, customizations, and enhancements (using APEX, Suite Script, and integration tools like OIC).
Manage cloud-based infrastructure (primarily OCI) and enable automated, scalable deployments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, align project goals, and ensure timely delivery.
Champion best practices in DevOps, Agile development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development and leading technical teams.
Strong background in Oracle/NetSuite, APEX, and cloud infrastructure (OCI or similar platforms).
Proficiency with integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware solutions.
Hands-on expertise in SaaS/PaaS solutions and platform customization.
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Oracle/NetSuite certifications are a plus.
Fluent in English.
