<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Purpose</strong></p> <p>Responsible for working with business development and the executive team to produce creative and effective presentations and other marketing materials for the agency, prospects and clients.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality quality creative and effective presentations and deliverables on time in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Create presentation artwork including data visualizations, iconography and infographics</li> <li>Design and produce digital presentations and print collateral</li> <li>Design custom presentation templates for client and internal teams</li> <li>Internal expert in presentation/marketing design and presentation applications (ie Google Slides and PowerPoint)</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and expectations</li> <li>In collaboration with PM and Business Development teams, maintain the agency credential/RFP workflow; Research new presentation technologies and maintain marketing asset libraries.</li> <li>Communicate openly and frequently regarding project status and timeline(s)</li> <li>Proactively seek approvals from the designated creative lead</li> <li>Actively and consistently improves skill level in existing and emerging technologies</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Competencies</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Functional/Technical Skills. </em></strong>Has the functional and technical skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Problem Solving. </em></strong>Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Priority Setting. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise.
