This role requires a hands-on technical leader with expertise in network design, wireless implementations, virtualization, and infrastructure automation who can ensure reliable, secure, and scalable system delivery across diverse technology domains. <hr data-start="2459" data-end="2462"> <h3 data-start="2464" data-end="2495">Core Responsibilities</h3> <h4 data-start="773" data-end="800">Network Deployment</h4> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="803" data-end="977">Design, plan, and deploy network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, WAN optimizers, power systems, encryptors, and wireless/mobile kits.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="980" data-end="1073">Conduct pre- and post-deployment wireless site surveys and deliver wireless survey reports.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1076" data-end="1152">Implement and configure Wi-Fi networks (Cisco, Meraki) and WLAN templates.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1155" data-end="1306">Install and configure network software (e.g., Cisco IOS/NOS, Riverbed RIOS, F5 Big-IP) ensuring compliance with security and configuration baselines.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1309" data-end="1424">Coordinate with carriers and telecom providers for installation, testing, and troubleshooting during deployments.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1799" data-end="1923">Deploy and configure physical servers, hyperconverged infrastructure, virtual storage, and consolidated compute platforms.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1926" data-end="2075">Install and maintain hypervisors and operating systems (Linux, VMWare, Ubuntu, Windows) including patching, firmware, BIOS, and compliance updates.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2078" data-end="2167">Implement backup, archive, and restore strategies; support enterprise backup solutions.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2170" data-end="2260">Configure supporting software packages including security, database, and HTTPS services.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Join systems to domains and manage group memberships.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2516" data-end="2630">Perform root-cause analysis for complex server and storage issues, ensuring platform stability and availability.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2633" data-end="2742">Design, implement, and maintain multiple virtualized environments (Development, Test, Staging, Production).</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2745" data-end="2816">Develop and maintain VM templates and automated deployment processes.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2819" data-end="2892">Conduct capacity and performance analysis to support resource planning.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3030" data-end="3140">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3143" data-end="3311">10+ years of experience in network and systems engineering, with strong background in deployment and configuration of enterprise network and compute environments.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3314" data-end="3400">Proven experience with Cisco networking technologies (IOS, NX-OS, Meraki, wireless).</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3403" data-end="3475">Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
