<p data-start="411" data-end="757">Togetherwork is seeking a <strong data-start="437" data-end="465">Growth Marketing Manager</strong> to design and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive inbound demand, expand top-of-funnel pipeline, and optimize conversion across the buyer journey. This is a hands-on, data-driven role where you’ll create and scale programs that turn awareness into measurable revenue impact.</p>
<p data-start="759" data-end="1105">You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to shape go-to-market strategy, refine messaging, and deliver campaigns that move prospects seamlessly through the funnel. <p data-start="1135" data-end="1324"><strong data-start="1135" data-end="1167">Inbound & Demand Generation:</strong> Develop and execute multi-channel inbound campaigns (content, SEO, paid, social, partnerships, and more) to drive awareness and top-of-funnel lead growth.</p>

<p data-start="1327" data-end="1476"><strong data-start="1327" data-end="1355">Conversion Optimization:</strong> Analyze and optimize conversion across landing pages, lead flows, and nurture programs to maximize engagement and ROI.</p>

<p data-start="1479" data-end="1619"><strong data-start="1479" data-end="1507">Go-to-Market Leadership:</strong> Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and execute launches for new and existing products.</p>
