You’ll build and nurture relationships with affiliate and influencer marketing agencies, empowering them to scale world-class Performance Creator programs for their brands.This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for someone who thrives in partnerships, education, and elevating industry best practices. You’ll be the architect behind our&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Performance Creator Gold Standards</strong>, shaping how agencies engage, monetize, and grow within this evolving channel.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Channel Strategy &amp; Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow performance creator adoption within the agency channel.</li> <li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential agency partners aligned with company objectives.</li> <li>Design scalable frameworks and playbooks—such as Gold Standard Best Practices—for agency management, performance tracking, and collaboration.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Agency Partner Education &amp; Enablement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners on all performance creator initiatives.</li> <li>Educate and advise agencies on performance creator strategies, monetization models, and platform best practices.</li> <li>Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive advocacy, client success, and mutual profitability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Program Performance &amp; Badging</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage agency portfolio performance using indicators such as:</li> <ul> <li>Number of brands and active programs</li> <li>Client retention and satisfaction</li> <li>Creator community growth and engagement</li> <li>Creator payout volume (GTV)</li> <li>Demonstrated program performance improvement over time</li> </ul> <li>Support the design and implementation of the Performance Creator Agency Badging Program to recognize top performers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting &amp; Insights</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop reports and dashboards to track agency performance, growth, and contribution to revenue</li> <li>Deliver actionable insights and business reviews to leadership and cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Contribute to forecasting, goal-setting, and continuous improvement efforts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the performance creator channel.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, partnerships, or creator marketing.</li> <li>Proven experience working with or within agencies.</li> <li>Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with performance marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience building or scaling an agency partnership program.</li> <li>Background in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or digital advertising.</li> <li>Strong understanding of digital marketing and attribution models.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategic Thinking</li> <li>Relationship Building &amp; Influence</li> <li>Data-Driven Decision Making</li> <li>Project Management</li> <li>Negotiation &amp; Communication</li> <li>Results Orientation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Success Metrics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Growth in revenue and new customers driven by agency partners</li> <li>Increase in active, high-performing agency partners</li> <li>Improved ROI and efficiency of agency-led creator programs</li> <li>Strength, retention, and satisfaction of agency relationships<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Salary Range:&nbsp;</strong>$112,500-$131,250 OTE <strong data-stringify-type="bold"><em data-stringify-type="italic">potential</em></strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">&nbsp;</strong>total on target earnings (base + commission), per year, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.</p> <div id="message-list_1761918134.815539" class="c-virtual_list__item" data-qa="virtual-list-item" data-item-key="1761918134.815539"> <div class="c-message_kit__background c-message_kit__background--hovered p-message_pane_message__message c-message_kit__message" data-qa="message_container" data-qa-unprocessed="false" data-qa-placeholder="false"> <div class="c-message_kit__hover c-message_kit__hover--hovered" data-qa-hover="true"> <div class="c-message_kit__actions c-message_kit__actions--above"> <div class="c-message_kit__gutter"> <div class="c-message_kit__gutter__left"> <div class="p-message_pane_message__compact_timestamp p-message_pane_message__compact_timestamp--light p-message_pane_message__compact_timestamp--adjacent">&nbsp;</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p><em>*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting.
