At St. Louis Pediatric Dentistry, we specialize in delivering compassionate, child-friendly dental care across our four convenient locations. Our mission is to make dentistry fun, interactive, and educational for children and teens, ensuring every visit is a positive experience for both patients and their families.


We are seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and their families, from scheduling appointments to managing patient records and assisting with insurance verifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic's time.
  • Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with insurance verifications and billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or dental office setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with dental management software is a plus.
