You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives at enterprise partners, helping them leverage Accrue’s platform to drive long-term customer loyalty, retention, and growth.</p> <p data-start="738" data-end="1129">This role blends strategic consulting, business operations, and creative marketing leadership. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, align cross-functional stakeholders, and design frameworks that scale partnership success across the enterprise segment. We’re looking for someone who can see around corners — connecting dots across product, data, and marketing — and turn insight into action.</p> <h3><strong>What you'll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="1161" data-end="1301"><strong data-start="1161" data-end="1198">Own executive-level relationships</strong> with Accrue’s top enterprise partners, serving as their strategic advisor and advocate within Accrue</li> <li data-start="1304" data-end="1458"><strong data-start="1304" data-end="1354">Develop and execute multi-quarter growth plans</strong>, aligning partner and Accrue goals across product adoption, marketing impact, and commercial outcomes</li> <li data-start="1461" data-end="1649"><strong data-start="1461" data-end="1491">Design scalable frameworks</strong> for partner success — including playbooks, reporting structures, and engagement models — that improve efficiency and impact across the enterprise portfolio</li> <li data-start="1652" data-end="1831"><strong data-start="1652" data-end="1700">Collaborate with C-level and VP stakeholders</strong> to shape joint business plans, co-marketing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives that expand usage and deepen customer value</li> <li data-start="1834" data-end="2000"><strong data-start="1834" data-end="1864">Partner cross-functionally</strong> with product, engineering, and marketing leaders to identify opportunities for product innovation and remove systemic friction points</li> <li data-start="2003" data-end="2168"><strong data-start="2003" data-end="2045">Synthesize data into strategic insight</strong>, developing recommendations that guide product prioritization, lifecycle marketing, and customer experience improvements</li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2346"><strong data-start="2171" data-end="2220">Lead structured analyses and business reviews</strong>, distilling complex performance data into clear narratives and actionable strategies for internal and external stakeholders</li> <li data-start="2349" data-end="2466"><strong data-start="2349" data-end="2388">Champion voice-of-customer insights</strong> to influence Accrue’s roadmap and ensure alignment with merchant priorities</li> <li data-start="2469" data-end="2578"><strong data-start="2469" data-end="2509">Mentor and guide team members</strong>, helping elevate client strategy standards across the organization</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we'd love to see</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="2617" data-end="2764">7+ years in client strategy, strategic partnerships, product strategy, or consulting — with experience leading enterprise accounts or programs</li> <li data-start="2767" data-end="2874">Proven success managing executive relationships and driving measurable outcomes across multiple functions</li> <li data-start="2877" data-end="2980">A systems thinker who can translate complexity into clarity and create scalable, repeatable solutions</li> <li data-start="2983" data-end="3082">Deep comfort navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across product, marketing, and data teams</li> <li data-start="3085" data-end="3213">Strong analytical foundation with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into strategic recommendations</li> <li data-start="3216" data-end="3320">Track record of shaping lifecycle or loyalty marketing initiatives that drive engagement and retention</li> <li data-start="3323" data-end="3449">Exceptional communication and executive presence — equally adept in boardroom settings and cross-functional working sessions</li> <li data-start="3452" data-end="3559">High ownership mindset and bias for action;
