About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and proactive FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting senior finance business partners and work with the different departments. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their FP&A career who wants to work on meaningful, cross-functional projects that influence company decisions at scale.

About The Role

Business Partner to the Enablers Organization

  • Partner with G&A leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Develop financial models to inform strategic decisions on headcount, salaries, and key cost investments.
  • Provide clear reporting and insights for BvA reviews, OKR planning, and executive updates.
  • Collaborate with People Ops and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and organizational scaling.

Technical & Systems Expert

  • Lead the strategic implementation and evolution of the Pigment system, positioning it as the company’s core planning platform.
  • Serve as the FP&A system owner, defining long-term model architecture, ensuring scalable data flows, and supporting cross-company planning processes.
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate financial workflows into system logic, ensuring tools and infrastructure fully enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent FP&A in new system implementations, defining business requirements, shaping solution design, and ensuring new tools integrate seamlessly into the financial ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or similar roles (preferably in a tech/SaaS company).
  • Technical aptitude and systems orientation—comfortable learning new tools, building logic-based models, and supporting system implementations (e.g., Pigment model structure, data flows, admin-level maintenance).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Proactive, independent, and resourceful, with proven ability to drive work forward.
  • Agile and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Curious and business-minded, with an interest in understanding performance drivers and operational trends.
  • Collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL knowledge and experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
