Position Summary

The Associate Sales Manager is a key ambassador for Atlas and supports the execution of private dining and group event sales. This role is responsible for building relationships, coordinating event details, and ensuring every guest experience is memorable from inquiry through execution. The ideal candidate will be service-driven, polished in communication, relationship-oriented, and energized by growing event business within a luxury dining environment.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Support Atlas in generating private dining and group sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with guests, corporate clients, event planners, hotels, residential partners, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with General Manager, Chef team, and Operations leadership to ensure alignment on event execution and guest experience.
  • Attend weekly operations meetings to communicate event details, updates, and support needs.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate BEOs and ensure seamless communication leading up to event execution.
  • Maintain an active weekly schedule of in-person and virtual sales appointments, site tours, and outreach.
  • Represent Atlas at hosted events, tastings, and client engagement functions.
  • Monitor sales performance indicators including revenue forecasts and pipeline activity.
  • Assist in development of marketing and community partnership initiatives to expand brand presence and drive new business.
  • Support resolution of guest concerns with professionalism and hospitality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to guest safety, allergy communication standards, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
  • Uphold TRC service values and support consistency across culture and premium standards.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of sales, events, hospitality, or guest relations experience; fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred.
  • Comfort in guest-facing communication and conducting site tours / sales presentations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management systems preferred.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
