Magnolia Companies is seeking an organized, customer-focused Commercial Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while supporting project scheduling, dispatching, and coordination between technicians and field managers.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and dispatch work orders to technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with Field Managers to monitor project progress and resolve scheduling issues.
- Review technician timecards, verify payroll accuracy, and maintain documentation.
- Manage client communications, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing service proposals for quick-turnaround jobs.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and professional work environment.
- Participate in after-hours coordination on a rotating basis.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some weekends as needed)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or project coordination/administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of plumbing industry a plus
