Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to help us shape Bigabid’s strategy and processes by bringing data-driven recommendations.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and growth teams to identify key metrics that impact our strategy and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Thinking: Identify and tackle complex challenges, and develop strategic solutions contributing to our long-term goals.
• End-to-End Project Management: Independently manage projects from concept to completion. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results, taking full ownership of challenging efforts.
• Track and Report Product KPIs: Collaborate with product teams to define, monitor, and report on KPIs for roadmap features, ensuring alignment with business goals like user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Data-Driven Product Insights: Analyze product performance and provide actionable insights to guide feature iterations and prioritize future roadmap decisions based on metrics such as LTV, ROAS, and customer satisfaction.
• Advanced Analytics: Lead the development and application of advanced analytical techniques to validate hypotheses and optimize business performance
• Leadership & Collaboration: Guide, and mentor analysts in advanced methodologies, best practices, and data storytelling, collaborating cross-functionally with management, product, engineering, and marketing to drive data-informed decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively suggest improvements to our data processes and systems.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst or in a lead analyst role - Must
• Excellent skills in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Python Expertise: Hands-on experience with Python, including developing data models, automating processes, and performing advanced statistical analyses.
• Data Visualization: Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, with the ability to create clear, actionable visual representations of data
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Independent, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Emphasis on business analysis is a significant advantage, with the ability to connect data insights to strategic business outcomes

Bonus skills:

• Experience in gaming or ad-tech companies
• Strong background in statistics
• Proven experience designing and evaluating A/B tests
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and business applications
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and platforms
