About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader with FullStack development expertise to lead our team of developers & QAs in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications. As the Team Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development lifecycle, driving best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong background in .NET development, as well as proficiency in front-end technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing & leading the development team;
  • Review specification and design documents;
  • Create and maintain drill-down designs;
  • Support team members in technological challenges;
  • Implementation of R&D processes for both Development and QA;
  • Manage the knowledge and redundancy inside the team;
  • Working closely with different interfaces like testers, product owners, and project managers;
  •  Report the progress and status of the project to the stakeholders.


Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working as a developer;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader;
  • In-depth understanding of client/server applications;
  • Experience in working on web-based systems.
