Our customers, our team and our community are our heart and soul and as a Retail Department Leader (Coordinator) at our Woolloongabba  store, you will be leading from the front, delivering amazing customer experiences to our customers. Diving into the daily hustle and bustle with positivity and determination bringing your team along for the journey, inspiring them to go above and beyond, keeping the vibe upbeat and the teamwork tight. Together delivering bigger things!

  • Drive operational excellence – Manage stock levels and merchandising to ensure the right products are available at the right time.
  • Create a safe and vibrant store – Maintain a visually appealing and safe shopping environment.
  • Collaborate for success – Work closely with other leaders and departments to achieve store-wide goals.

About you

  • Proven experience in retail leadership with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring out the best in others.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
