A new age in healthcare technology has just begun.</p></div><p></p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Liaison with various departments (e.g. OS, Legal) within the company for achieving desired common objective</li> <li>Answer, as appropriate, inquiries and facilitate resolution of issues raised</li> <li>Work as an effective member of a team from a variety of departments within the company</li> <li>Handle escalations pertaining to unresolved cases</li> <li>Maintain a positive rapport with customers while discussing or resolving problem situations</li> <li>Troubleshoot appropriately to identify root cause of the issue</li> <li>Participate in the development of departmental goals and objectives, and identify opportunities for process improvement</li> <li>Effective probing skills to elicit customer information</li> <li>Ability to translate user-oriented language into technical information</li> <li>Track and document requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues</li> <li>Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support on how to properly address customer or product problems</li> </ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Academic and professional qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Healthcare or Banking and Finance</li> </ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3+ year of experience</li> <li>Excellent Communication Skills</li> </ul> <p>Travel requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimal Travel Required</li> </ul> <p>Working arrangements:</p> <ul> <li>Able to work on a shifting schedule</li> <li>Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>At Allscripts, our greatest strength comes from bringing together talented people with diverse perspectives to support the technology needs of 180,000 physicians, 1,500 hospitals and 10,000 post-acute organizations across the globe.
